Stylianos Parparinos

Stylianos is a partner at Parparinos Law Firm.

Stylianos advises on a broad range of corporate transactions, including public and private M&A, foreign ventures and public procurement opportunities. He also advises on establishing and reorganising companies and businesses and commercial agreements with international clients.

Stylianos’s recent work highlights include acting for high net-worth clients seeking to establish their business in Cyprus within the food provision services, real estate and energy sectors.

Stylianos is also a member of the Technology Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association, regularly contributing to the committee’s published literature and speaking in conferences on a variety of innovations in the area of Legal Technology.

Stylianos is a Cyprus Bar Association registered advocate since 2021 and is also a member of the Bar of England and Wales, following his call from the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2021.

Stylianos holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Leeds and an LL.M in Banking and Finance Law from University College London (UCL). Stylianos speaks Greek and English at a native level and is conversational in French.
